This list is not based on prospect tool rankings but rather on Twitter sentiment scores.  Every tweet mentioning a player is graded and given a score that indicates its overall positivity or negativity.  After each tweet is graded, the player is awarded an overall score that is the weighted average sentiment score for that player over time.

These lists are intended to supplement the information you can gather from other player lists.  They can be particularly useful in discovering the next break-out prospects prior to widespread national coverage.
